Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at poweredgearball@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation / Change of Mind
If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours are eligible for a refund minus a 5% processing/restocking fee.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be refunded, as orders are processed quickly.
If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned unopened and unused. Once we receive and inspect the item, an eligible refund (if applicable) will be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at poweredgearball@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Packages refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
2-Year Ultimate Care Package
Customers who purchase the 2-Year Ultimate Care Package are entitled to a free replacement if their phone case breaks during the coverage period. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
